Common Problems You Might Encounter 1. I receive only one package, where is the rest? a. We have been having this weird situation for quite some time actually. We work with FedEx and UPS who provide reliable overall shipping services, but once in a while there are cases where FedEx/UPS fetches multiple packages from our warehouse but fails to deliver them in one delivery session. In most cases you will receive the rest very soon. b. We have talked to both FedEx and UPS about this situation but unfortunately there isn’t much we can do right now. 2. A part is missing. a. Some parts are stacked together for easier transportation. Occasionally two or more parts will stick together very firmly. As a result, you might think something is missing. But it is very likely that the missing part is just attached to another part. b. If some part does happen to be missing, please let us know and we will send you the missing part asap. 3.
